8th AT Network Meeting

The 8th meeting of the Anti-trafficking Network was held on Friday, 04 October 2019 in Niš. The meeting was attended by 10 activists from 8 organizations of the AT Network members within the project "Women's NGOs in cooperation with institutions and Roma organizations against human trafficking in Serbia".

When you Hear the Words Sex Work in Serbia, Do you Really Know What They're All about?

The round table called "When you Hear the Words Sex Work in Serbia, Do you Really Know What They're All about?" was organized by the Anti-Trafficking Network in Niš on May 3, 2017. It was attended by 28 participants from Niš Police Administration, the Social Work Centre, the Basic Court in NIš, Higher Prosecution Office, healthcare institutions, other NGOs from Niš, the members of the AT Network, and a representative in the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia.

Round Tables and a Panel Discussion on Human Trafficking in 8 Cities

In the period from March 28 to May 3, 2017, seven round tables were held, six of which were on the problem of human trafficking and one of them entitled "When you Hear the Words Sex Work in Serbia, Do you Really Know What They're All about?". The round tables were held in seven cities where the members of the Anti-Trafficking Network come from, and a panel discussion on the problem of human trafficking was held in Prijepolje thanks to the Women's Forum Prijepolje – TV Forum Prijepolje.

Human Trafficking – Access to Compensation: the Round Table

On February 28, 2017, the round table entitled "Human Trafficking – Access to Compensation" was held for the representatives of the prosecution offices and courts from Niš, Leskovac and Vranje, the cities where the members of the AT Network work and operate SOS Helplines.

It was attended by 14 participants from the Higher Court and Basic Prosecution Office in Leskovac, the Basic Court and the Basic and Higher Prosecution Offices in Niš, SOS for Women and Children Victims of Violence in Vlasotince and the Center for Girls from Niš.

PR Training for AT Network Members

Public Relation Training was organized for the members of the Anti-Trafficking Network in Niš from February 17 to 19, 2017. The training was held by Mirela Veljović Fazlić, an activist of the Women's Forum Prijepolje and a reporter of TV Forum Prijepolje, and Katarina Ivanović, in charge of public relations in ASTRA.
